It is a wonderful experience to make Flower Essences in a converted barn yoga
studio just south of Preston, Lancashire, overlooking a stone circle, apple
orchard and country garden and fields. Finding herbs from the hedgerows you will learn how to make a flower essence,
connect with nature spirits, experience blissful meditation, decode healing
messages from nature and practice earth healing. Experience a deeper
connnection of yourself and a beauty and stillness within you. A vibrant, energising (yet slightly decadent) lunch is included in the price of
